Mountain Tea (Sideritis spp.), also known as Ironwort, is a traditional medicinal herb native to the Mediterranean and Balkan regions. Celebrated for its natural antioxidant properties and essential oil content, mountain tea has been used for centuries in herbal remedies and wellness traditions.
At Tuna Spice, we harvest Sideritis plants from high altitudes and present them to you in a naturally dried form with an ideal ratio of leaves, stems, and flowers.
