Za’atar is a unique and versatile spice blend from Middle Eastern cuisine. Known for its mildly tangy, earthy, and aromatic character, it is especially popular when mixed with olive oil and served as a dipping sauce for bread.
Prepared with Tuna Spice quality, our Za’atar blend combines high-grade sumac, toasted sesame seeds, thyme, and marjoram in well-balanced proportions. It is suitable for both traditional applications and gourmet presentations.
